Meet Simphiwe – Miss KwaNdebele Teen 2014

Despite the challenges that the organisers were faced with in making the Miss KwaNdebele Teen 2014 a success, Simphiwe Ngwenya was nevertheless proudly crowned at the Sheldon Lounge in KwaMhlanga earlier this month. The crowning comes after the 14 finalists were taken to Pretoria for an ice-skating excursion and an opportunity to have fun by engaging in different activities. Truck company donates R120 000 to bereaved families

Spiros, the owners of the truck that was involved in an accident with a mini-bus taxi on 3 October 2014 between Volkrust and Standerton on R23 Road have yesterday [23 October 2014] donated R120 000 to the twelve families of the people who died in that crash. Mpumalanga Department of Community, Safety, Security and Liaison representatives were part of the entourage that met with the representatives of the twelve bereaved families during the presentation of R10 000 to each of the twelve families.
